Yes — Front Row Care works with plan-managed, self-managed, and agency-managed participants. We work closely with your plan manager to ensure all invoicing and funding is handled smoothly so you don't have to worry about the paperwork.
In most cases we can begin supports within 5–7 business days of signing your Service Agreement. We'll work around your schedule and preferences to make the transition as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Absolutely. Changing providers is your right under the NDIS. You simply give notice to your current provider as outlined in your Service Agreement, then contact us to get started. We can guide you through every step of the process — it's simpler than most people think.
